It arrived as scheduled, but had been damaged in delivery--shipping folks had duct taped package shut and continued it on its way. Call to the store, order number and immediately I was told a shipping label would be forthcoming and most likely replacement doormat at the same time. That's how it arrived, a little after January 1st, but our boss knew the intent and was pleased--and I was pleased with the "no hassle" to me of the return. He grew up rough, but went into the military and now uses his experience to run a small gunsmithing service out of his basement.
