STORY EXCERPT
AP: At least four times in the last 2½ years, Keith Bardwell says he refused to marry interracial couples while serving as a Louisiana justice of the peace. He said from his experience and discussions, he had concluded that blacks and whites do not readily accept offspring of such relationships, so the children end up suffering. So where's the story? Is this what the "No Spin News" is supposed to be, just some statement?

On the home page there is the headline about no spin news. It's the only way I found to read them. Click on it, you'll find the back story and Bill's comments

I lived down there for almost 17 years and knew a JP for 16. He never mentioned ever marrying anyone. I saw this man almost daily. I don't understand why the JPs even have the authority. All he ever talked about was serving notices and summons. They did try and make them give tickets for, get this, littering, they all flew off the handle refusing to do it.
