President Biden delivered welcoming remarks to the NATO leaders in a scalding hot DC yesterday and got through the script without trouble. But Mr. Biden looked very angry as he gave his speech. Usually, opening remarks are neutral, but the President seemed teed off.
Maybe it was the Putin situation.
Mr. Biden's big test comes Thursday when he's supposed to hold a solo press conference. No teleprompter there. Very high stakes. If the President fumbles around, he'll have to withdraw from the race almost immediately.
Meanwhile, Donald Trump held a rally with Senator Marco Rubio by his side. I predicted Rubio would be the VP selection earlier this week on NewsNation. Just a guess based on voter demographics. Trump is making deep inroads in Hispanic communities and will win the election if that continues.
So it's another manic Wednesday as the Bangles almost sang (it was Monday).
Thursday will be very big for America.
See you this evening for the No Spin News.
