One of the themes of the Biden administration, echoed by FBI chief Christopher Wray, is that a bunch of far-right violent extremists are running around hellbent on destruction.
My simple question after hearing that was, "Where are these heinous people?" Do they have a clubhouse, a structure? I don't know anyone like that.
The Proud Boys fit the description but, again, where are they? I know the leader went to prison, but I'm not seeing evidence the group is prominent. If the boys are really so "proud," one would think they'd be strutting their stuff in public.
In the opposing corner are the violent leftists, Antifa, groups like that. We actually see them at anti-Israel demonstrations and now, showing support for the alleged assassin of United Healthcare CEO Brian Thompson. Some of these poisonous morons are actually praising the alleged murderer Luigi Mangione. There's even a fundraising effort for him.
During the George Floyd riots the nation saw the lunatic left in action. And you can make a case that January 6 spotlighted right-wing anarchy. So let's reason together, as Lyndon Johnson was fond of saying.
Any person advocating political violence should be shunned and condemned. No excuses. None at all.
