It was very clear that Vice President Harris loathed doing an interview that would air on Fox News. You don't need a body language expert to define that; her overall posture was, "Get me out of here."
Her campaign managers obviously decided that confronting pointed questions about the Biden administration's record could be a positive thing for Kamala Harris. And it might have been had she answered the questions.
Which, of course, she did not.
And she didn't even try. Bret Baier asked her ten direct questions. She dodged each one, launching into evasions that often included calling Donald Trump a dangerous destroyer of democracy.
A little alliteration there.
In fact, Ms. Harris spoke for 17 minutes and 30 seconds. 8 minutes and 30 seconds were devoted to Trump bashing.
Zero seconds spent on solutions to vexing problems.
That had to be intentional, but it doesn't make much sense. If she's trying to win over skeptical voters, shouldn't she have been astute and charming? The middle-class family, Momala?
Can't fathom any votes being gained by that joyless exposition.
Enjoy the weekend.
