As the country's future hangs in the balance, all three candidates have made bold decisions that may not work out for them in their hopes to seal up the nomination.
Donald Trump. His selection of J.D. Vance to be his VP pick hasn't started off on the best foot. While things have settled, it's hard not to argue that a less controversial candidate would have calmed those who were less MAGA and more anti-Democrat policies.
Kamala Harris. The pick is in, and it's another progressive in Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz. Bill will explain why Josh Shapiro of Pennsylvania didn't make the cut, but Kamala is doubling down on progressive policies, as one could argue Trump doubled down on MAGA.
Robert F. Kennedy Jr., we've known his VP for months, but now he's talking to Roseanne Barr about leaving a dead bear cub in Central Park.
What?
That's surprisingly not enough to remain the top headline in this crazy election circus.
