Special Counsel Jack Smith has alerted Donald Trump that he will most likely be indicted on federal charges that he illegally interfered with the 2020 election. A DC Grand Jury has to sign off on the specifics, and they will. An Alabama Grand Jury would not. My educated speculation is that the alleged "crimes" will be nebulous.

As for Biden, the whistleblowers are in full throttle. His Justice Department is failing to apply rigor to what looks like massive grifting by the Biden family. Republicans in the House, who control the Biden hearings, believe they are closing in on powerful evidence that the President himself benefited from the massive amount of money his son and brother received from overseas interests.

The vital question is: who will go down first - Biden or Trump?
