The assailant is being held on $30,000 bail. He should have traveled to New York for his stunt because the "no bail" law there would have put him right back out on the street for a replay.
Item: person violates the Supreme Court rules of confidentiality and leaks a legal draft. No Supreme Court employee had ever done that before. But consider this: almost all standards of honesty, loyalty, and tradition have collapsed in America. It's a free-fire zone where ideology trumps any kind of propriety. Angry at the George Floyd killing, go ahead, burn down that bodega. Disturbed by a legal procedure - try to disrupt the entire system.
There are no restraints anymore.
Anarchy is approaching. It's already on the streets of San Francisco and New York City. No justice, no peace. You said it, Ocasio-Cortez.
