As predicted here, former Vice President Biden has taken a commanding lead in the polls assessing democratic candidates for president.

 

Some were fooled by the leftwing media drooling all over far left people like Bernie Sanders and Beto O’Rourke.  But the truth is that moderate democrats outnumber the radicals and nobody much likes socialism excepting a few politicians.

 

Senator Sanders, in particular, has been smacked by Biden entering the race.  Old Bernie has nowhere to go. If democrats prefer Obama-light, Joe Biden, how does Sanders counter that?  Everyone knows Bernie’s a radical, now what?

 

As for the others, Mayor Pete has harpooned Beto, Elizabeth Warren’s DNA test eliminated her, Kamala Harris and Kirsten Gillibrand have changed just about every core belief they ever had.

 

And I can tell you with certainty that Biden does not fear Corey Booker or Amy Klobuchar.

 

So, hello, Joe, the nomination is yours to lose.  The radicals will smear you even if you patronize them, and you’d better get up to speed on climate change.

 

But Joe’s a go.  And Donald Trump is waiting.
