O'Reilly No Spin News Special: Electiongate Coverage
Alright, FBI, big trouble. Major trouble. Now, this is the premier investigative agency of the United States. It's been corrupted with politics. So now we know that in the investigation of Hillary Clinton's e-mails, there were two people in the agency, at least, that were trying to fix things for. Mrs. Clinton. Peter Strzok, an FBI agent, very high up in the investigation of the e-mails, and his mistress, Lisa Page, a lawyer working for the FBI, they texted each other all over the place basically saying that... well, I'm going to read you the one text in a moment, which is shocking. But basically saying that Trump was an animal and Hillary Clinton was good. These are people investigating Hillary Clinton's e-mails.

Now, Congress got on to it and asked for all the texts from the FBI between these two individuals, Strzok and Page. The FBI comes back and says, we don't have five months of texts between them. We don't know where they are. They're gone. This is the FBI.

All right, now here's one of the texts that they do have, that Congress did get. This is Lisa Page, the mistress, texting Peter Strzok, the FBI agent. Quote:

"Loretta Lynch's decision," Loretta Lynch is the attorney general at the time, "to accept the FBI's conclusion in the the case is a real profile in courage since she knows no charges will be brought." Unquote.

Aha. Now, this is on July 1st, 2017. There wasn't any determination until July 5th. All right. So before anything was determined, these two knew that Clinton was off the hook. And she's mocking Loretta Lynch because Loretta Lynch had recused herself, remember, saying, I'll let the FBI do it, I'm not going to get involved with it. That was after Loretta Lynch met with Bill Clinton and that whole story exploded. So this is really bad.

Now, I'm going to lead today with this story that I predict is going to be enormous. It's being suppressed by the national media now. But I don't know how much longer that situation can hold. You have a problem, a big problem, within the FBI. All right. This is the premier investigative agency in the country. It seems, based upon facts, that the FBI did not do an honest investigation in the Hillary Clinton e-mail fracas nor did they start out in the Robert Mueller Russian collusion probe in a way that was designed to be fair. Those are two statements that we can back up with facts. But there's more.

There is a scandal brewing. As we reported yesterday, there were two FBI agents involved in both the Clinton e-mails and the Russian probe. Peter Strzok, a very high-ranking FBI agent, access to Comey all day long, and his mistress, Lisa Page, an attorney working for the FBI. Again, they were both involved in two investigations: Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump. So after the Clinton thing was through, they moved over to Mueller's staff. Now, Mueller subsequently fired them. But here's the scandal, and it's a simple scandal. All right. There were 50,000 texts between Peter Strzok and his mistress FBI agent. Fifty thousand. Five months of those texts are missing. They're the key texts in the time that the Trump investigation, Russia investigation, was launched. Now they're missing.

OK, so you have a situation where Peter Strzok and Ms. Paige were texting their little brains out back and forth between December 14th, 2016 and May 17th, 2017. They're gone. The texts are gone. Now, the FBI says technical issues with their retention software prevented the bureau from capturing messages sent between the two employees, Peter Strzok and Lisa Page. Technical issues. How convenient. In the key months of the Russia probe.

So, Attorney General. OK. The Attorney General, Sessions, is now investigating these missing texts to see if they can be suddenly and magically found, which they can be. You know, the texts, even if they're erased and all of that, the texts are somewhere.

In addition, apparently, one of the texts between Strzok and Lisa Page mentioned a secret society within the FBI that after Trump was elected, this quote "secret society" was going to meet. Now, this is according to the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee Chairman Trey Gowdy. You know him. The guy with the hair that used to stand up and now it doesn't. All right. This is what he says. So the House Oversight Committee has put together a report about all of this nefarious stuff and it's going to be released so that you, me, everybody else, all Americans, and people around the world can see it.

This is a major situation for the FBI. All right. So, I don't want to get ahead of myself. This isn't CNN or MSNBC or even Fox News. We don't speculate. You got the facts. But here's some speculation based on those facts that I have to give you. The Mueller investigation into alleged Russian collusion with the Trump campaign is finished. It's over. No matter what he says, who's going to believe it? You can't have a situation like this where two acting FBI agents assigned to Mueller's committee of investigators have five months of texts missing. Mueller knows it. Now, he can say Paul Manafort, who was Trump's campaign manager at one time, short time, he could say he was laundering money, which will probably happen. That doesn't have anything to do with Russian collusion. The other guy, Papadopoulos, he's pled guilty to lying to the FBI. But those beefs, to the American public, are eh. You know, it shouldn't have happened, but do they affect the president of the United States?

So, no matter what Mueller comes up with now - and that may not be fair - Mueller maybe have found something, I don't know. Sessions himself was grilled by Mueller, I guess, this week for hours. The attorney general was interviewed by the special prosecutor over Russian collusion. But even if Mueller says, "hey, there was," are you going to believe it? All right. Millions of Americans are going to go, eh. It will be a partisan thing. The people that hate Trump will believe it and the people who like Trump won't. How good is that? This is one big mess, ok.

And the mainstream media will not report it accurately or fairly. We will. So again, you're a Premium Member as you're watching this. We need you to spread the word. Ok, this is a big story. We're going to report it honestly. If there is information that says the Trump campaign colluded with the Russians, I'll report it. Ok, I'm going to look at it, if I think it's true, I'm going to report it. But again, the FBI, major trouble, and that's a shame because that's the big investigative agency that we rely on to protect us, to get the bad guys. And these two individuals, Strzok and Page, this is a disgrace. It's disgraceful. And Comey, come on.

Now, you know this show does not speculate. That's not what we do. All right, we take the evidence and we analyze based on the evidence. So let me just start with the obvious. This is all about the election of 2016. It's Trump collusion with Russia, the Mueller investigation, combined with Hillary Clinton e-mails, combined with after President Trump was elected, an FBI intrusion that could possibly have been there to overthrow that election. Three separate elements of this. It's a little complicated but I'm a simple man so we're going to go through it simply.

The big story today is that Senator Ron Johnson from Wisconsin is the chairman of the Homeland Security and Government Affairs Committee. He believes that the FBI, the nation's premier investigative agency, is corrupt and did not do the investigation into Hillary Clinton or the Russian collusion well or fairly. And after the president was elected, members of the FBI plotted to hurt him. Senator Johnson appeared on Fox News and said this. Go:

Johnson: "What this is all about is further evidence of corruption - more than bias - but corruption at the highest levels of the FBI. And that secret society, we have an informant that's talking about a group that were holding secret meetings off site. There is so much smoke here, there's so much suspicion..."

Baier: "Wait, let's stop there. A secret society, secret meetings off site of the Justice Department."

Johnson: "Correct.

Baier: "And you have an informant saying that?"

Johnson: "Yes."

All right, so Senator Johnson looked a little too hyper in that sound bite. But what he's saying is very, very important. All right. So he's basically putting forth that he has information, his committee has information, that there is a secret group within the FBI that wanted to damage President Trump after he was elected, they had meetings. Now, this comes on the heels of yesterday's revelation that the two, you know, allegedly corrupt, OK, I think they're corrupt. Peter Strzok and Lisa Page, there they are. Strzok, FBI Agent, Page, FBI attorney, they're having an affair. They're involved with the Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump collusion investigations. Five months, five full months of their texts back and forth at key times, gone, disappeared. That's what the FBI is telling us. Nobody believes that. No one believes it. OK. Because you can get stuff back that's deleted... this came up in the Hillary Clinton email investigation as well.

So the FBI is now under intense scrutiny. And it's Comey, not the new guy that Trump appointed, but it's Comey square in the middle and his assistant McCabe. All right. Because they oversaw the investigation into Hillary Clinton's email, as you know, and the Trump collusion. Remember, Robert Mueller, the Special Counsel, depends on the FBI. And that brings us to Mueller.

So Mueller, his committee, his investigation is now leaking like crazy, leaking stuff out. That means they're worried. They're leaking to the New York Times and Washington Post. That means that Mueller's crew is trying to hurt Trump. All right. So if they were leaking to Fox News, it would be a whole different ballgame. So Mueller's crew is leaking. Of course, they shouldn't be doing that but they are. And they're leaking things that indicate the investigation is going into the obstruction of justice area, whether President Trump put the arm on people not to say what they knew about the Russian collusion accusations. That's what Mueller is doing. But it really doesn't matter what Mueller is doing or what he comes up with or anything if the FBI is found to be tainted.

So whatever Mueller comes up with is going to go right out the window if the folks, we the people, believe the FBI did a corrupt investigation.

Who is in the kill zone? James Comey, McCabe, his deputy, Rod Rosenstein, you know, he's the deputy attorney general now. Now, Jeff Sessions says that he's investigating the missing e-mails. He better. He better. But is the FBI going to investigate the FBI? ElectionGate.

Finally, this hysteria on the left about this investigation. On MSNBC, they're calling it un-American, a witch hunt. Gee, a witch hunt. I wonder what other stuff is involved with witch hunting? That signals to me that the left is very worried. Very, very worried about this because... you know, and here's the pitiful thing about it, pitiful is the keyword. Instead of trying to get the truth, which is what we're trying to do here. We don't know what happened. If Donald Trump, his campaign, or the president himself colluded with the Russians to win the election, I want to know. I absolutely want to know. NBC News, they don't want to know. They don't want to know. All they want to do is hang Donald Trump. So, they're not looking for the truth about the FBI. And note that.

I hesitate to call it a scandal, but it looks like it is. But remember John Mellencamp's Jack and Diane song, "little ditty about Jack and Diane," this is a little ditty about Peter and Lisa.

So Peter Strzok, a big investigator for the FBI, worked on the Hillary Clinton e-mail thing, advised FBI Director James Comey on the wording, downgraded the wording on Hillary Clinton's misdeeds in having a private e-mail server, well, he's involved with an extramarital affair with Lisa Page, an attorney for the FBI. And now it seems that they had a bias against Donald Trump. Both of them. So there's five months of texts that disappeared. The FBI, "ooh, we just lost them." Well, miraculously they found them.

Now, this could have been because Judicial Watch, a watchdog group, filed a Freedom of Information Act yesterday saying, hey, we don't believe you that you lost anything and now we're going to get it into the legal system, and you better turn over all of the communications between Strzok and page and also over their travel, we want to know where they were and what they were doing.

The problem is if the FBI is investigating itself. Now, there is a Justice Department inspector general named Michael Horowitz. All right, now he's the big kahuna in looking at anybody in the Justice Department that may have done something wrong, including any of the FBI people. So Horowitz is on it, but Horowitz takes forever to issue anything. I mean, he's still working on the Hillary Clinton e-mails stuff. He says, well, in the spring we'll have something for you. This is not a guy that's got pedal to the metal.

Anyway, what we have now is that the FBI is looking at these five months of texts. What are they going to do with them? Now, Congress is going to demand they hand it over, the House investigations, the Senate investigations. So, I think we'll get it. But we're not going to get it tomorrow. And the FBI is obviously in big trouble here. Now, keep in mind that President Trump has appointed a new guy to replace Comey, who he fired. All right. So there is a new FBI chief. But he is caught in a difficult position because he can't throw all his agents under the bus and he has been very reluctant to cooperate with Congress. You know, he's not exactly saying, OK, I think there's bad stuff here, I'm going to give you what you need. They continue, the FBI, to really stonewall. And it is. They are. They're doing that even though it's now a Trump appointee running the FBI.

Obviously, we've had an explosion in BillOReilly.com Premium Members this week because I know you're not getting what you need to get on television news. Because I watch it and I'm going, number one, the anti-Trump networks, that includes CNN, MSNBC, and the three net nightly news services, which has been documented, 90 percent on the three nightly news services negative toward Trump, 90 percent of the reportage. Come on. So they're playing this story down. You can't even find it - we got a letter on this in a little while - in many of the newspapers. So people want to know. And I don't think they're all Trump supporters, just Americans who really are interested in their country, they don't want a corrupt FBI. So they're coming here because we will tell you the truth.

Again, I don't think there was any secret society. It just doesn't... you know, what I know about the FBI and people in it, it doesn't make any sense that anybody would take that kind of a risk. So I think that was just an off hand foolish comment made by Lisa Page. So we promise that we will give you the absolute latest and in a true form and then analyze it based on the facts. So spread the word. BillOReilly.com is on this. I have now dubbed it Electiongate because it's all about getting Hillary Clinton elected and then when that didn't happen, getting Donald Trump in a position to remove him from office. That's what this is all about.
