The Texas lawsuit against four swing states where vote corruption may have occurred is very interesting. The idea that Texas voters were “disenfranchised” because of corruption is one that could apply to every Trump voter in the country.
The problem with the suit is that the “corruption” is still a matter of debate. It is not yet factual in the sense of an established illegality. That can only happen in a criminal court. And I hope it does.
So, the Supreme Court will most likely dodge the Texas suit. I could be wrong, as always.
