The View
November 13, 2024
These are hard times for leftwing news agencies as American voters have repudiated them en masse.  Nevertheless, the zealots keep on keepin' on, as some nitwit once said in the 1960s.

The View is an ABC News program that has nothing to do with news gathering so why it has the news label is disconcerting.

The ladies of the morning are spirited in their liberal presentation which is fine if you like that kind of thing.  What isn't okay is subversive rhetoric.

This week, Sonny Hostin posited that it is fine to avoid family members at holiday time if they support Donald Trump.  Not nice.  Not constructive.  Not anything positive.

That point of view is mean and petty and the same thing applies to shunning folks who voted for Kamala Harris.  Americans should respect sincerely held beliefs.

I actually like Ms. Hostin and gave her a major break by booking her for The O'Reilly Factor years ago.  I also like Whoopi Goldberg, whom I've known for many years.

But I see little respect for opposing points of view on The View.  I well understand the liberal culture at all the networks, but things have gotten completely out of hand.

If you disrespect people for holding a different view, you are misguided and need to wise up before the holidays.  I don't want to throw mashed potatoes at you.

See you this evening for the No Spin News.
