Thoughtful analysis? Sure. Honesty? Probably. Reason? Well, not so fast.
Enter Never-Trumper Ana Navarro, who works for CNN and The View.
Monday, she made the case that President Biden should pardon his son Hunter. The reason? Because the American people essentially "pardoned" Donald Trump by electing him.
Yep.
Biden has said he will not pardon his son. President Trump may end up pardoning Hunter. Who knows.
But Navarro is so mad at Trump and the voters who elected him that she wants anything to annoy or upset them. That's the kind of analysis ABC and CNN are paying for.
