Every presidential campaign since Adams-Jefferson has been nasty with unpredictable twists and turns. And so we are experiencing that with Trump-Harris.
On Sunday, my column will be entitled "The Truth About Trump." For anyone interested in a real assessment of his position in history right now, this will be a must read. However, I am well aware that millions of Americans could not care less about the truth.
At this point, Vice President Harris is running a cautious campaign, taking full advantage of the cloak the corporate media is providing her. Scripted events only, little accountability for past mistakes.
The Trump campaign is the exact opposite. The former president is engaging opponents like the Black journalist confab and selecting a controversial second—Senator Vance—who's the exact opposite of Mike Pence.
In the early going, advantage Kamala. The Trump folks better take notice.
As the election comes closer, Trump's superior policy positions should help him. He governed effectively, especially when it came to economics.
Ms. Harris, on the other hand, had no accomplishments in the Senate and none as Vice President. Her performance on behalf of the folks is non-existent.
But that will be obscured by the corrupt media, so Donald Trump must sell it himself. That will not happen with foolish skin color and ethnicity discussions.
In 2008, Senator John McCain had it all over Barrack Obama on the experience and performance fronts. He lost.
Believe me, Kamala and her crew are reopening that playbook.
Have a nice summer weekend.
