David Axelrod on CNN is one of the few honest commentators on television these days. When I want to know what's going on inside the Democratic Party, I analyze what he's saying. I then compare it to my other sources, all of whom would be crushed if I mentioned their names. So, I cannot use their information in a factual way because we don't report anonymous stuff.
Axelrod, chief advisor to Barack Obama, believes Kamala Harris did not consider Governor Josh Shapiro's Jewish heritage when deciding against him as her running mate.
I think that's true, but she was certainly aware that strident elements of her party were angered when Shapiro scolded the pro-Palestinian protesters. Axelrod says Kamala simply felt more comfortable with Tim Walz.
Okay, but why? So here I am morphing into Sherlock Holmes and observing the clues. The Vice President gets very anxious when out of her comfort zone. That's why she has trouble verbally when attempting to explain herself without a script. We've all seen it. That's the reason Kamala Harris avoids almost all interviews.
Governor Walz simply told Kamala what she wanted to hear; simpatico on everything. Similar to the Trump/Vance situation. Josh Shapiro, on the other hand, has a mind of his own.
Say hello to my little Tim.
