Well, they turned over The Rock and found bad news for President Biden. Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson is not supporting him this time around.
Apparently, the soon-to-be 52-year-old actor is displeased with Mr. Biden's tenure in the White House. Hollywood is stunned.
That doesn't mean the big guy, and he is extremely large, is on the Trump train. Probably not. But the fact that perhaps the most successful movie star in the world has turned on the other "big guy" is significant in some precincts.
Yes, the President can still count on Robert De Niro and Barbra Streisand. But that's old news. The Rock has rolled in a new scenario.
Does this mean the tattoo people will also dump Biden? Dwayne is covered with ink. How about bald guys? And lads who stand 6'4 weighing 260 pounds? Will they all abandon Joe?
Maybe. I mean it is pretty hard to get jazzed about the open border president who refuses to give interviews and hangs with socialist Bernie Sanders. The Biden campaign can't even come up with a slogan like "I Like Ike."
So, how's this: "Four More Years Unless Joe Doesn't Make It!"
But let's get back to The Rock. Anonymous sources tell me he might emulate Arnold Schwarzenegger, another big guy, and run for Governor of California. Slick Gavin Newsom is having a terrible time out there despite spending massive tax dollars on a proportional par with President Biden.
Like the federal government, California is heading for insolvency as Newsom demands even more taxes. Joe B. does that too. Since The Rock is in the highest tax bracket, maybe he's had enough.
A few years ago, I ran into Mr. Johnson at Madison Square Garden and was impressed. Charismatic and clear-eyed, he handles his massive fame well.
Johnson is so powerful that the weasels in Hollywood can't cancel him for dissing their guy, Joe, although I'm sure they'd like to.
No, The Rock is beyond all that and is aware enough to understand the daily damage being done in the White House.
So, Dwayne, let's rock. Get into the game.
