Bill lays out exactly what Kamala Harris tried to do in her interview with Bret Baier.

TRANSCRIPT:

O'REILLY: The vice president's strategy was obvious. She, I believe, in conjunction with her advisors, decided not to answer any of Bret Baier's questions, not going to answer. He could ask them all day long, she's going to say whatever she wants to say. That was her strategy. And it's a good one. Because that would force Bret Baier to interrupt her, which is what Kamala Harris wanted. She wanted Baier to lose his cool, to be rude. He wasn't. But he did interrupt and that brought her around to say what she loves to say. Let me finish. I'm not finished. I'm speaking, loves that. Because that shows that Kamala Harris is not intimidated by Bret Baier's questions, which she wasn't. She felt going in, she had this right under control. In fact, she was 15 minutes late for the interview which threw Baier off his game a bit because you get tense, you're unaware, what is it this? You going to show up? What's going on? And it cuts into the interview window. And that strategy, they were 15 late minutes late on purpose. Let's shake them a little bit.
