I try to be a loyal person, I have friends that I went to first grade with that I met when I was five years old and I still associate with them, talk to them all of the time. I keep in touch with hundreds of people from my past life. Now, it's not easy. I'm busy, you're busy, but it's worth it. It's worth it to be loyal.

Yet, I'm seeing among younger Americans - not all of them - but a lot of them, I see a decline in loyalty, even in families. So these people, the younger people are distracted by the machines, by the devices, and they don't take the time to check in with folks. And that is really a key to life. You want to have a support system, you want to have good friends.

I also see a rise in narcissism. It is all about me - others are on the planet to serve me. That's narcissism. Do you know people like that? I bet you do. Well, you don't have to be loyal to them. In fact, if you know a narcissist - get away, they will hurt you. But to the good folks, the kind folks, the people who stand by you - be very, very loyal. Always. If you are, this will enhance your life tremendously.
