It's a bit sad, I think. The President of the United States is in decline, and his own party is trying to take his car keys and checkbook.  The bike is long gone. Just the sunglasses remain.

 

Yes, I am appalled that the once moderate democrat Joe Biden has become a progressive lackey, embracing far-left doctrine and putting the country in danger.  I would like to know why Mr. Biden has done this.  And other things like sabotaging the basic tenets of Catholicism by embracing unlimited abortion.  What have you done, Joe?

 

Because the media is so corrupt, we simply don't know why President Biden has failed to enforce U.S. Immigration Law. I also don't understand why he cut and ran from Afghanistan.  Or why he has enabled Iran to corrupt the Middle East.

 

What do Joe and Jill think about crazy high food prices?  Big insurance premium hikes, high mortgage rates?  How about a 36 percent rise in fatal drug overdoses?  

 

Any presidential thoughts about airline chaos, no bail obligations for violent criminals, declining educational testing scores in public schools?

 

What does Joe Biden think about any of that?  I guess it's all Trump's fault.  That's the only thing Mr. Biden ever says, except, of course, that he has to finish the job.

 

What job?  What does the President do all day long?  Not problem-solving.  What?

 

The end is near.  Chuck and Nancy and Schiff and Clooney - in fact, all the liberal Mouseketeers - have jumped ship.  They are gone.  So, who's left besides Jill, Hunter, and Morning Joe?

 

It is late evening in Biden's America.  The President is at rest, under the covers.  He knows his political future contains the word "emeritus."  Jill hangs on just like a long-ago song lady named "Sloopy."

 

It's sad, as I said.  Kamala has just about finished throwing in the bullpen.
