President Obama Believes his Foreign Policy is Working
"Talking Points has been telling you that the world is descending into chaos because the USA has retreated from a power position overseas. After President Obama pulled all American troops out of Iraq, ISIS terrorists invaded the country, and they are still there; Millions in Syria have been killed or driven from their homes by a vicious civil war that has included the use of poison gas and chlorine; After President Obama proclaimed Yemen a success story in the war on terror, that country's government has collapsed and it is being run by terrorists; The Russian tyrant Putin has seized Ukrainian territory and is saber-rattling all over Eastern Europe; After NATO removed Gaddafi in Libya, no peacekeeping force was left behind, terrorists now control much of the country, and thousands of refugees are fleeing into Europe; More than a year ago in Nigeria, the Muslim terrorist group Boko Haram kidnapped about 250 young girls who are still missing. The litany of atrocities is growing, and I didn't even mention Afghanistan and Iran. Nevertheless, President Obama said yesterday that we will 'work with partner countries to try to resolve conflicts, to be ruthless in going after terrorism.' To me, President Obama is living in a dream world and he gets away with it because the real world doesn't really care anymore. Putin knows that; the jihadists know that. They can commit atrocity after atrocity and little is done. The rise of ISIS is a disgrace to the world, it should be been stamped out immediately after those killers began murdering civilians. But President Obama and the world dithered, and now ISIS has spread all over the Middle East and North Africa. Talking Points laments the state of the world and strongly suggests that the president get real. Things are bad, period!"

The Factor was joined by Charles Krauthammer, who also looked askance at the president's foreign policy. "If you can't 'get real' the first six years of your presidency," Dr. K said, "you're never going to get real. Obama says the level of violence in the world is less than it was, say, 30 years ago. What kind of adolescent measure is that of foreign policy? If that's the measure, FDR's policy was the worst of the 20th century. The objective of American foreign policy is to defend our national interest, protect our friends, and try to advance the cause of liberty in the world. By every measure, it's been a disastrous six years."
More on the Clinton Foundation
Returning for a second segment, Krauthammer turned to the Clinton Foundation, which raked in large contributions from U.S. multinationals and foreign nations while Hillary Clinton was secretary of state. "Legally you need to show an explicit quid pro quo," he began, "but we're not talking about legal corruption, we're talking about the moral corruption of the Clintons. This has been their story ever since they were selling the Lincoln Bedroom." The Factor reminded Krauthammer that new information is particularly damning: "This was a secretary of state promoting private companies, which got contracts overseas and then donated to the foundation. That's big!"
Baltimore Protests
Many people are irate over the death of a black man who died while in the custody of Baltimore cops. FNC's Eric Shawn administered some truth serum to the case. "Freddie Gray was 25 years old," he began, "and lived with his mother in a housing project. We don't know if he had a job, but we do know that he had a record of at least 20 arrests. The family attorney says his spinal cord was severed and there are witnesses who say his legs were dragging when he was taken into the police van. Another witness says she saw officers sitting on his back." Fox News anchor Shannon Bream turned to an Atlanta organization that is blaming parents if their kids are chubby. "The number of kids considered overweight has doubled in the last 30 years," she reported, "and everybody's trying to figure out what's causing it. It's parents who are feeding kids fast food, it's schools that aren't making kids do PE, and some of it is genetic."
Teacher Sex Scandals
Andrea Tantaros and Nomiki Konst opined on the preponderance of female teachers seducing their male students. "As a culture we have become over-sexualized," Tantaros theorized, "and there are no more boundaries. Shame used to prevent people from doing things, and now it's easier for people to connect in ways that they would not have before." Konst denounced the teachers as vile criminals, saying, "They are mentally ill and they are sexual predators." The Factor was befuddled by the willingness to risk lives and reputations: "This is a felony and a sex offender beef, you're going to be labeled for life. But people are still doing it."
The D-Man Returns
Tanned and toned, Dennis Miller returned from vacation and went postal on the University of Chicago student government, which is spending $25,000 to teach students how to "hang out." "It's apropos that this is taking place at the University of Chicago," he began, "because the nuclear age started there with Enrico Fermi accelerating particles. As this country goes back to inert status, it might as well happen there. Now we have social media where people can talk about 'hanging out.' Never have lives less lived been more chronicled! We've gone from the 'greatest generation' to the 'gratingest generation.'" Miller also opined on the news that Kraft is removing some chemicals from its ubiquitous macaroni and cheese dish. "I like a nice Kraft mac and cheese with some Chicken of the Sea tuna thrown in. But if they're going to take the artificial coloring out of it, you know what that means? That means the only thing in the universe that still remains that color is John Boehner."
Pot Radio?
Guest:Martha MacCallum
A new CBS poll shows 53% of Americans say marijuana should be legal in the U.S. With a growing number of folks in favor of legalization, there's now a radio station in Colorado dedicated entirely to pot culture. Martha explains how folks are reacting to this new radio venture. Also, we'll show you a wild viral video of a gorilla breaking the glass enclosure at the zoo, giving folks a big scare.

Factor Words of the Day
Michael Bafitis, Dundalk, MD: "Bill, you have done a lot of Talking Points on Hillary Clinton, but I haven't seen any on the Republican candidates. Where is your bipartisanship?"

Mike Davis, Pekin, IL: "Bill, your efforts to moderate the Clinton situation are misguided. The time for fence-sitting is going away."

Lee Barend, Henderson, NV: "Bill you failed to mention that the wealth of the Clintons is now close to that of the Romneys. Didn't Democrats use Romney's wealth to say he wasn't in touch with the folks?"
Workin' On The Clean Gang
Some county sheriffs across America are already putting low-level inmates to work cleaning up parks and roads. Don't forget to write your own local county and suggest they do the same.
