The Trust Factor
Guests: Jessica Ehrlich & Simon Rosenberg
Why won't the world unite behind America to fight against Iran, ISIS and Russian President Vladimir Putin? The answer: there is no trust in President Obama.

"The world is a dangerous, nasty place. Villains are running wild.

"Putin is a menace. ISIS, al Qaeda, other jihadis are simply savages with no agenda other than destruction. North Korea is run by a loon. The Chinese are quietly plotting to dominate South Asia.

"If America ever needed a true leader, it is now. But trust in President Obama is almost rock bottom. The reason -- Mr. Obama's not a terror warrior. Not a person comfortable with confrontation. Also, he's a man of the left who sees gray, not black and white.

"Generally speaking, liberal America does not want to right wrongs overseas preferring to concentrate on social justice and income redistribution here in the U.S.A. Mr. Obama relishes that but does not want to police the world therefore the danger overseas grows even if some on the left will not admit it choosing to it attack the latest messenger Benjamin Netanyahu."

Simon Rosenberg, president of the progressive think tank NDN, and Democratic Strategist Jessica Ehrlich joined The Factor to respond to the Talking Points. Rosenberg disagreed with the Memo and felt America's allies were taking on the villains of the world. "I think it's important to recognize our European allies are standing steadfastly with us on ISIS, on Iran, on combating Putin," Rosenberg said. Talking Points responded that our allies are dropping very few bombs on ISIS and that Putin seems to be able to do anything he wants.

The Factor then asked Ehrlich if she still believed Obama had the right policies to defeat America's enemies. "I do because I know that that is the policy that we have been putting forth in this country," Ehrlich said.
Anti-Semitism in the White House?
Guest: Andrea Tantaros
Earlier this week, Fox News host Andrea Tantaros has asked the provocative question: is this White House anti-Semitic? The Factor asked her if she went too far with her implications.

"A lot of people were upset about it," Tantaros said. "But nobody has been able, Bill, to come back and say why they are not."

Tantaros said she never called Obama anti-Semitic, but pointed out a pattern of anti-Israel actions by his administration.

"I don't look at what Susan Rice said in a vacuum when she said that Netanyahu coming here is destructive," Tantaros said. "I look at, Bill, all of the things that this White House has done. Now traditionally, look, the Democratic Party has been perceived as being sympathetic to Palestinians, but this administration, in particular."

The Factor said that Obama is not anti-Semitic, he is anti-Netanyahu. "I believe he is not anti-Semitic, which is I hate you because you are Jewish," The Factor said. "I believe he is anti-Netanyahu, who is a hawk. That's -- he believes in my opinion that the Israelis under Netanyahu and other right-wingers, are oppressors. That's what Obama believes. They oppress the Palestinians."
Muslims in the White House?
Guests: Eric Shawn & Shannon Bream
Franklin Graham said on The Factor last week that the White House was being infiltrated by Muslims. Fox News Anchor Eric Shawn looked into the claim and found that while a few Muslims who worked for the executive branch during Obama's tenure have said some provocative things, it's clear that the vast majority of Muslims working for the government are honorable people who want to defeat the jihad.

The Factor next went to Fox News Correspondent Shannon Bream to discuss the judicial chaos in Alabama over gay marriage. Federal courts have ordered same-sex marriage to proceed in the Yellowhammer State, but the Alabama Supreme Court has ordered its probate judges not to issue marriage licenses to same-sex couples. Bream said all the confusion will likely be moot by June when the Supreme Court is expected to decide on whether same-sex marriage should be legal nationwide.

"The fact is, we're going to have an answer probably from the Supreme Court on the underlying merits of the issue of same sex marriage by the end of June," Bream said. "We expect they are going to hear the case in April."
Victims of Illegal Immigration
Guests: Jamiel Shaw & Steven Ronnebeck
The Factor invited the families of two victims of crimes by illegal immigrants to share their heartbreaking stories.

Jamiel Shaw's 17-year-old son was murdered by an illegal immigrant. The Factor asked Shaw about his son's killer. "He was brought into the country at four-years-old by his illegal parents," Shaw said. "And that he had extensive criminal background. He was on his third gun charge when he murdered my son. He was out of jail only one day and he was ordered by the Latino shock collar, gang shock collar to murder blacks when they get out of jail. He was looking for someone black to kill and he was in my neighborhood and he saw my son walking down the street."

The Factor then talked to Steve Ronnebeck, whose 21-year-old son shot dead by illegal alien in January. The Factor asked Ronnebeck why he thought his son's killer, who had an arrest record, was still on the streets. "You know, I have no idea," Ronnebeck said. "I can't even answer that question. I don't know. It's mind boggling."
Netanyahu's Speech
Guest: Dennis Miller
The Factor asked the D-Man for his observations on Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's speech to Congress about Iran.

"You know, the reason he had to come over here and say this is because it's a madhouse," Miller said. "The world is a madhouse. Everybody knows that we should do to Iran exactly what Harry Reid's Bowflex machine did to him a couple months ago. But we're not doing that."

The Factor then asked for Miller's thoughts on a Harry Potter-themed sex-ed class.

"I knew a guy in college who was very frisky sexually and he ended up getting Hogwarts and they had to perform a wand-ectomy on him," Milled joked. "Those wandectomies are not covered under ObamaCare even."
IRS to Give Refunds to Illegal Aliens?
Guest: Martha MacCallum
There's a report that the IRS is going to give tax refunds to illegal aliens. Martha MacCallum was here to explain.

"So, the earned income tax credit is something that you get if you have a Social Security card," MacCallum said. "So, if this goes through and we know a Texas judge has stay on all of this right now. But if it goes through as many as 4 million illegal immigrants could be eligible for back taxes for three years once they get that Social Security number because there is a 15-year standing law that was created by the IRS chief counsel that says that if you need a Social Security number to get the income tax credit, but if you don't have it that year and you get it in the coming year, then you can" provide documentation from the past couple of years to get a tax refund.

"Would it be more fair to the American people citizenry here if they started from scratch? Wouldn't it be?" the Factor asked.

"I would say, yes, it would be more fair," MacCallum said. "I mean, it's
mind boggling."
