"The New York Times has run an editorial that pretty much lays out what the liberal viewpoint is on people coming to live in America. First, the left no longer distinguishes between illegal aliens and those who come here legally. All foreign nationals who enter are now described by the Times and others as 'immigrants,' and if you use the term 'illegal alien' you are a bigot. The left believes that any fence on the southern border is nativist bigotry that is a hateful action towards non-Americans, especially Hispanics. Also, the left wants open borders, no restrictions on those who come here, no detention, no physical barrier, no deportation proceedings unless a serious crime other than illegal entry is committed. They say all immigrants should be welcomed and assimilated, the government should give them money to settle in, and they should be eligible for all the entitlements. All illegal aliens already here should be put on a pathway to citizenship - the left wants full amnesty. Finally, the left wants free lawyers for all immigrants so they can gather up the entitlements and citizenship requirements. The New York Times asks, is that so radical? The answer of course is yes, but that is the vision of the Democratic Party. Many believe this is a political strategy, that flooding the nation with foreigners strengthens the party. But there is much more in play. The radical left vision would profoundly change all of America's traditions. And that's what the left wants because that ideology sees the American Judeo-Christian tradition as oppressive, exploitative and a white-privilege legacy. The uber-left wants traditional America wiped off the face of the earth. That's what is truly going on and if Americans don't wise up quickly, the left-wing vision of immigration may become a reality."
For reaction to the Talking Points Memo, The Factor turned to Democrats Jennice Fuentes and Simon Rosenberg. "That is a very extreme right-wing analysis," Fuentes complained. "You mentioned the word 'amnesty,' but the last time we had 'amnesty' was under Ronald Reagan. You paid, you put your name down, and you got your green card. This is not amnesty and our traditions are not threatened by immigration." Rosenberg asserted that President Obama has actually not been liberal on immigration. "The New York Times has been critical of the administration for its enforcement agenda. We don't believe in open borders, this administration hasn't created open borders, and we've deported more people than in any other administration. Under President Obama the undocumented population has not grown at all." |

| Donald Trump has suggested, perhaps facetiously, that CNN pony up $5-million for the Wounded Warriors charity or he won't participate in that network's upcoming debate. Republican Andrea Tantaros and Democrat Leslie Marshall opined on the threat. "He's done this twice before," Tantaros pointed out, "and it's a great public relations tactic, but he's already backpedaled on it. He does this for media attention and it works, it highlights the troops and it highlights Trump." Marshall agreed that Trump's demand is mostly a matter of ego. "This is not about Wounded Warriors, this is about Donald Trump, who could write a check for $5-million tomorrow. Of course he's going to show up." |

| In another Trump controversy, the GOP front-runner insists that 'thousands' of Muslims in New Jersey cheered the 9/11 attacks. FNC's Eric Shawn administered some truth serum to that claim. "There were not thousands celebrating in one place," Shawn reported, "and there was no evidence of one large-scale demonstration. I talked with Mayor Giuliani tonight and he said maybe there was a dozen people celebrating in New York." The Factor agreed that Trump's allegation seems dubious at best: "We tried to get video of any celebrations in New Jersey, but the stations say they don't have any video. If they did, they would have aired it." Shannon Bream turned to ISIS and the question of who is buying oil from the savages. "It looks like local traders are lining up to buy the oil," she stated, "and in some areas there is a month-long wait. The United States alleges that the government of Syria may be buying some of this oil, while Russia says Turkey is facilitating this." |

| Fox Business host Kennedy and columnist Katie Pavlich opined on the accusations of 'white privilege' that have infected many of America's elite universities. "I don't even know what it means to 'confront one's whiteness,'" Kennedy quipped, "and I have never cashed in on my 'white privilege.'" Pavlich accused left-wing administrators and professors of cowardly kowtowing to radical leftists. "We're talking about 'white privilege' and it's kind of funny, but it's also racist. I reject the notion that only white people can be racist when white students are now being ostracized for the color of their skin. We're not allowed to have free speech on these college campuses and they're pitting students against one another based on race." |

| Mayor Rahm Emanuel, under fire after a black teen was shot and killed by a white police officer, has dismissed the city's top cop Garry McCarthy. Legal analysts Kimberly Guilfoyle and Lis Wiehl elaborated on the situation. "Crime actually went down under McCarthy," Guilfoyle began, "and there was a decrease in murders until this year. Now he's the fall guy because of the video, the mayor fired him." Wiehl added that the killing was kept under wraps during the mayor's re-election campaign, saying, "The city settled a $5-million lawsuit with the family right before Rahm Emanuel was re-elected." The Factor concluded, "I love Chicago, but the folks there have to wise up and vote better people into office." |

| President Obama has compared Syrian refugees to the pilgrims who arrived in the New World on the Mayflower. The Factor asked Greg Gutfeld to weigh in. "That's an insult to the left," Gutfeld opined, "because aren't Pilgrims genocidal maniacs who destroyed the Indian population? He actually insulted the Syrian refugees!" Bernard McGuirk turned to football player Tim Tebow, who is being ridiculed in some tabloids because he insists on maintaining his virginity before marriage. "Publications like the New York Daily News are printing some really nasty and snarky articles," McGuirk groused. "They're left-wing media bullies who celebrate the drug-sniffing pervert Charlie Sheen for coming out with HIV." |
