Hillary Clinton's Latest Drama
Guest:Austan Goolsbee
"From January 2009 to February 2013 Hillary Clinton served as secretary of state. During that time, she apparently did not use secure government email, instead choosing to use her own private account, which was not a violation at the time. It is now, as the law has changed. But even before the change, all private email was mandated to be preserved. You couldn't erase anything. And then there is a question of security. It is much easier to tap into an email account that is not secure. So once again, Hillary Clinton is in the middle of a controversy. This one comes just days after it was revealed that Algeria and Qatar donated money to the Clinton Foundation. Some of the money was sent before Hillary Clinton left the State Department, a conflict of interest. So you can see that, as Gilda Radner once said, 'It's always something.' And that is beginning to worry some Democrats. Talking Points believes the Hillary Clinton situation is pretty well defined. Americans know her and they know her husband. They know, as the Wall Street Journal points out, that the Clintons often walk a thin ethical line. It will be very hard for federal investigators to uncover any emails that Secretary Clinton may not have provided to the government. But if Mrs. Clinton did indeed hold back emails, that will hurt her presidential run dramatically. And if she held emails back on Benghazi, she might even be prosecuted. But those are big ifs. If history is any guideline, it will take years to get to the bottom of this. In the meantime, Hillary Clinton will run, millions of Americans will support her, and the sun will come up tomorrow. That's just the way of the world. But it should be noted that in a very dangerous time for America, it is imperative that we elect a president who is going to look out for us and not become bogged down in one controversy after another."

The Factor welcomed former Obama aide Austan Goolsbee, who took umbrage at the recent attacks on Hillary Clinton's character. "It's a little unfair to say we can't have a president who's going to be mired in controversy," he said, "when the way the system works now is that both parties are trying to mire the nominees of the other side in controversy." Goolsbee also insisted that Clinton is eminently qualified to be president, saying, "She can be a unifying figure, and the Republican candidates will be equally or more controversial." But The Factor argued that few candidates evoke the same degree of passion: "There's no question Mrs. Clinton is a target, but you can't rewrite history. A lot of the things the Clintons have been involved in have been mired in controversy, and there is no one near the polarizing level of Hillary Clinton."
Another Controversy for Hillary
Guest:Laura Ingraham
For an opposite point of view, The Factor turned to Fox News contributor Laura Ingraham "The intent behind the law is obvious," she stated. "We want integrity in the record-keeping process, and the gatekeeper should be the State Department, not the individual who is working for the U.S. taxpayers. For transparency, for historical purposes, and for congressional oversight, the individual is not determining which emails are preserved and which are not. The Clintons have a sense of entitlement. They have one set of rules for how they operate and another set of rules for Republicans and everyone else."
Ferguson P.D. Investigation
Guests:Jeff Roorda & McGraw Milhaven
The Department of Justice has issued a report saying that the police department in Ferguson, Missouri, where Michael Brown was shot and killed last year, issues tickets to blacks at a grossly disproportionate rate. Police spokesman Jeff Roorda and radio talk show host McGraw Milhaven reacted to the report. "There are little communities all around Ferguson," Milhaven explained, "that are predominantly African American. I want to know how many of the people who got the tickets actually live in Ferguson. Show me a good statistician and I'll show you a good liar!" Roorda accused Eric Holder of issuing the report in order to divert attention from another finding. "The most damning information about the Ferguson police department was leaked in advance of the announcement that the Justice Department determined that Darren Wilson used reasonable force." Nevertheless, The Factor concluded that Ferguson's cops have some work to do, saying, "They're targeting blacks, and they're doing it for money."
President Obama and Prime Minister Netanyahu's relationship
Guest:Ed Henry
According to some reports, President Obama and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu despise one another. The Factor asked Fox News White House correspondent Ed Henry for his perspective on the relationship. "There is absolutely no love lost between them," Henry said, "and, yes, it's tense. But people behind the scenes tell me they get a lot more business done in phone calls than you ever hear about publicly. There have been a lot of secret conversations and I'm told they're on the phone all the time. But the president and his top aides were furious about Netanyahu speaking in front of Congress this week."
The Collapse of Liberal Media
Guest:Bernie Goldberg
Left-wing TV and radio networks have been dismal failures; most recently, MSNBC's already-low ratings are spiraling further downward. The Factor asked FNC's Bernie Goldberg to explain why. "Liberal media violate the cardinal rule of all media," Goldberg theorized, "which is that they are not entertaining. On MSNBC in prime time they lecture us, and I don't want to hear some pedantic lecturer. Also, I don't think liberal media is really 'liberal' as much as they're far left. So I don't think MSNBC or liberal talk radio reflect liberal opinions, they're so far left that even liberals don't want to tune in. And the final reason is that there are plenty of other places to get left-of-center information."
Nancy Pelosi is Not Happy
Guests:Greg Gutfeld & Bernard McGuirk
Former Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi was extremely upset by Benjamin Netanyahu's speech, admitting she was "near tears." Bernard McGuirk and Greg Gutfeld weighed in on Pelosi's dramatic confession. "When I hear her I'm also 'near tears,'" Gutfeld quipped. "She makes fingernails on a chalkboard sound like Mozart. This is a clash of ideologies - we have a world leader, Netanyahu, who believes in defending his country, and you have a leader of a liberal party that is all about denigrating their country." McGuirk contended that Republicans were a bit too admiring and deferential to the Israeli leader. "This was a slap in Obama's face. Obama and his team don't inspire confidence, but Bibi is not infallible. He spoke before Congress prior to the Iraq war and said everything would be great if we would invade Iraq."

Factor Words of the Day
Dr. Jeff Collins, Anniston, AL: "O'Reilly, you said in your Talking Points that the jihadists have no agenda other than destruction. Wrong. They want a militant Islamist state worldwide."

Brent McCarthy, Chico, CA: "O'Reilly, that was a heartfelt interview with the fathers whose sons were murdered by illegal aliens. I applaud you for giving them a voice."

Dr. Joseph Ronaghan, Fort Worth, TX: "O'Reilly, how dare you say those murders could have been committed by an American citizen? There is no moral equivalence in that comparison."
