Managing Your Premium Membership
Will I receive a refund if I cancel my Premium Membership?

No refunds are issued for Monthly or 90-Day Premium Members that cancel. However, your membership will remain active until the last day of your billing cycle.

For NEW Yearly or One Year Premium Members:
  • If you cancel within 30 days of your billing cycle start date, your membership will cancel immediately and you will receive a full refund less the retail price of the membership gift that was shipped to you. If within 60 days of original shipment, the membership gift can be returned in order to receive a full refund.
  • If you cancel between 30 and 90 days into your billing cycle, your membership will cancel immediately and you will receive a prorated refund less the retail price of the membership gift that was shipped to you. If within 60 days of original shipment, the membership gift can be returned in order to receive a refund of the retail price of the gift.
  • If you cancel more than 90 days into your billing cycle, your membership will be set to expire at the end of the billing cycle. There are no refunds after 90 days.
For RENEWING Yearly or One Year Premium Members:
  • If you cancel within 0-45 days after your renewal processing date, your membership will be cancelled immediately and you will receive a full refund. If the free gift has already been shipped, you must return it to avoid being charged. You may return it by refusing delivery or writing “return to sender” on it.
  • If you cancel 46 days or more after your renewal processing date, your membership will be set to expire at the end of the billing cycle.
